The class is designed for participants who have no former dance training or experience. The focus is to dance for fitness and health:  through simple classical ballet exercises in combination with yoga and pilates to improve posture (correct escoliosis, cifosis), muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness, build grace, musicality. When recovering from a back injury, you want to focus on building a stronger core, barre fitness can help you do that.

Suitable for all ages and levels. (Minimum age is 16 years old)
